C.A.R.E. Agency LLC provides Medical Respite Care for individuals who are medically stable but not yet ready to return home after hospitalization. Our program offers a safe, structured recovery environment where clients can receive the support they need while continuing to heal outside of an acute care setting.

We provide ADA-compliant housing, assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, recovery monitoring, and coordination with hospitals, VA teams, and other providers. Every placement is designed to promote stability, reduce avoidable readmissions, and help individuals transition confidently to the next stage of care.
